New York strip steak and mushrooms hibachi grilled to your specification.
Benihana Copycat Recipe
4 small sirloin steaks (about 5 ounces each)
4 teaspoon soybean oil
8 large mushrooms, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Preheat grill. Grill steaks until rare. Heat a skillet and add oil. Remove steaks from grill and cut into bit size cubes. Place steak pieces and mushrooms in hot skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Toss and serve.
